This is a hybrid model I made in my art creation class.
The model requires both hard surface and organic modelling skills and it was a lot of challenge for me. The car's body is made using spline modelling.

What went well
What went wrong
What I learned
- The UV layout is well packed and organized, making it's easier to bake and texture.
- The materials turn out quite well.
- The cavity map plays a great role in this. It improves the depth and makes the object looks more realistic.
What went wrong
- Even with the normal bake, some part of the car still looks low-res.
- Because some part doesn't have enough topology, the normal didn't turn out perfect. There's still some waviness in the edging detail part.
What I learned
- Even though the model has to be optimized for the game, it still needs enough topology to make a good normal bake.
- A clean UV layout makes the baking and texturing process easier and faster.
- The cavity map works very well with the hard surface object.
